| Sorry you're having difficulties. We've sold a bunch of the BMCB's over the years, to the best of my knowledge you're the first to not have it not fit at all. Granted the tolerances on our part is tighter than the weldment of the nuts on the chassis, so sometimes the bolts are a tight fit to the edges of the holes... but an 1/8" off? I suspect something else is wrong. As far as the flywheel tool, it's a general use tool that's able to be used in a bunch of different configs on a bunch of different engines. Generally I use it on the location doweled hole next to the starter for the Z32 (3 o'clock looking at the flywheel). You might have to flip it over or slightly turn the crank to get things to line up... or pick a different bolt hole to base it off of. Mess with it some, it will fall into place at some point to hold the flywheel in place.
